Submission Guidelines

  1. Submissions are open to current Penn State Altoona students only.
  2. Up to three total submissions per student are permitted in the categories listed below.
  3. Media submissions, such as audio or video, are welcome.
  4. For text submissions, please send the file only as .doc/.docx–no PDF files!
  5. Any form of art submission is accepted, as long as it can be sent in an image file. (If photographing art, make sure there is no flash reflected on the image.)

  6. All submissions must be the original work of the submitter. The use of assistive technologies (such as ChatGPT, language translators, etc.) is prohibited and may be considered a violation of the University's academic integrity policy.

  7. Submissions will be accepted at any point up until the final deadline.
